What’s the role?
  • Receive client calls for first line support and try resolve
  • If first line approach does not work log on remotely and provide second line support
  • If remote second line support does not work then do a call out to fix the client problem at their office
  • Identify problems and provide solutions and fix

  • Matric
  • Relevant IT degree or diploma
  • Two years' industry experience
  • A+
  • N+
  • MCSE or equivalent Microsoft qualification
  • VMWare and Hyper-V Knowledge
  • Have excellent administrative skills and be able to multi-task
  • Have the ability to build healthy relationships (clients and internal)
  • Open to working after hours when required
  • Must have drivers licence and own vehicle and prepared to travel to different clients in a day 
  • Is fully proficient on Ms Office (advanced level)
