Key responsibilities:- Manage and optimize Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure cloud services, and networking infrastructure.
- Implement and support routing and switching technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and security.
Required skills and qualifications:- Strong experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in routing and switching technologies.
- Azure or Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, etc.) are a must.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
