Junior Video/Multimedia Producer

• Editing of videos to a brief from a client
• Edit photos according to brief from a client  
• Colour Grading
• Creative mind and story telling skills.
• Follow outline, script or shot list and assemble raw video footage into cohesive videos  
• Create motion graphic videos as well as motion graphics to enhance videos  
• Input effects, graphics, dialogues and music into videos to make them more appealing 
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximise efficiency 

• Tertiary qualification in video and multimedia production (diploma/degree) 
• 1-2 years industry experience  
• Solid experience with editing software (e.g. Adobe Create Cloud, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, Illustrator, Audition)  
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude 
• Task and result-driven 
• Ability to work to a tight schedule 
• Work well in a team environment  
• Drive towards continuous improvement 
• Strong time management and organisational skills 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Willingness to work after hours and assist the team as needed 
• Full-time position (working remotely is not an option) 
• Own transport is essential
• Fluent in written and spoken English 
• Non smoker
• Filming experience an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of compression tools.
• 2D Animation an added advantage.
