What we are looking for:

We are looking for a skilled and conceptually strong mid-level graphic designer, preferable with some expertise in motion design. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong focus on creating conceptually strong and engaging visual content for various platforms, digital and physical.

The role will involve conceptualising and implementing compelling, differentiated, visual identity systems, packaging, websites, book design and style guides along with communication campaigns from time to time. 

What you will do:

• Collaborate with management to develop innovative design concepts and solutions
• Create compelling visual assets including, but not limited to corporate identity projects, from logo to touchpoint design to style guide design, website design, packaging design, book design, annual report design and communication design across physical and digital platforms, including social media
• Utilise motion design techniques to enhance visual storytelling
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and motion graphics to continuously improve creative output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Be able to accurately hand over finished art files at conclusion of projects. (knowledge of DTP)

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design
• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, XD and Premiere Pro
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and composition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment (small team but responsible for high-level corporate projects)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Figma is advantageous
