In 2002 he joined Amorentia Estate near Tzaneen, where he still serves as Managing Director. Out of a need for suitably trained and skilled human resources, Amorentia served as the birthplace for Agricolleges International in 2016 and in two years later Espach took over as the COO of Agricolleges. With a formidable team of people, Agricolleges has won numerous awards, including Best Global Agricultural Learning Platform and a Recognition Award for Empowerment of Women in Education.
