A financial institution is seeking a Business Analyst to join its fast-growing team and contribute to its post-trade platform. The role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including settlement processes. Candidates with experience in Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, and Settlement & Payments are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise processes across the post-trade lifecycle, including settlements and payments.
• Work on Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, and Money Markets products.
• Collaborate across front, middle, and back-office teams to enhance operations.
• Use SQL skills to extract and interpret data for business insights.
• Apply Agile methodology to deliver efficient solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Global Markets products is essential.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with integration architecture.
• Knowledge of vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the front, middle, and back-office processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competencies in negotiation, influencing, and customer service orientation.
