Job description
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients who require B-BBEE verification and consulting services.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Present company offerings and explain the benefits of compliance with B-BBEE legislation.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, verification, admin) to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Stay informed about changes in B-BBEE legislation, codes of good practice, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions on CRM systems.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (preferably in professional services, consulting, or compliance).
- Knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, codes, and transformation frameworks – essential.
- Experience in selling compliance or verification services – highly advantageous.
