Job description
SNT Marketing is a leading retailer in the Marketing industry, known for our exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Consultants. The Retail Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining the Overa appearance of the store. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products.Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain the visual appeal and cleanliness of the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
