Position Overview: We are seeking a highly presentable and dynamic Marketing Manager to drive client acquisition and brand growth in the UK, UAE, Dubai, and Cyprus. Work Heroes provides virtual assistant services to small businesses, helping them grow by managing administrative tasks, social media, customer service, and bookkeeping. This role demands a strategic approach to identifying and securing new clients through various marketing channels and being the face of our content and brand.
There is an opportunity to make great commission for a real sales person and the expectation is hat you should be earning more in commission than the basic after 6 months
Key responsibilities:
- Client acquisition: Identify and secure new clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and leveraging social media marketing platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
- Social media management: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
- Content creation: Design and execute compelling content strategies, appearing in and producing visual and written content to attract and retain clients.
- Market research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
- Campaign management: Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Networking: Attend and represent the company at networking events to establish and grow client relationships.
- Client management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on client acquisition, growth metrics, and market feedback to the management team.
- International market penetration: Proven track record of finding and securing new clients in international markets.
- Diverse sourcing: Expertise in using various sources including social media, networking events, and digital marketing.
- Social media savvy: Highly presentable with a strong ability to create and manage content across social media platforms.
- Growth evidence: Demonstrable experience of driving significant client growth in previous roles, including case studies or examples of successful client acquisitions.
- Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
- Base salary: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
- Commission: Potential for unlimited commission ranging from 15% to 25% of profit generated.
