We are seeking a motivated and results-driven field sales agents to join our dynamic team. As a field sales agent, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals in the field. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach to drive sales growth and meet targets.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
