The purpose of this role is to facilitate Dentsu/brands communications and media relations strategy. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the way our company is perceived by key audiences. You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result-oriented evaluation

Responsibilities

• Shapes our story by assisting in crafting key press messaging including: press releases, executive briefs/key messaging and other assets
• Creates and maintains content calendars, executive reports as well as supporting marketing assets for key leadership
• Liaises easily with the events, new business, strategy and marketing teams across the globe
• Collects and curates proof points that will support our narrative. This includes staying on top of new work, research, trends and top talent that we can leverage to tell our story at the highest level
• Prepares detailed press releases, content calendars, media reports and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications
• Five-plus years' of experience in communications operations
• Experience posting and formatting content using a Content Management System (CMS)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• A confident communicator and presenter
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Superior project management and time management skills
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in public relations, marketing, advertising, digital media/social media
• Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
