A Brand Consultant - by Definition
A Brand Consultant contributes their expertise and experience in working with a client to develop, manage, and evaluate a successful brand. The task starts at the strategic interface between corporate management and marketing.
The objective being to to elevate the consumers appreciation of brand performance, and to see the brand in a new light.
A media branding consultant - a specialist segment of brand strategy
A Brand Strategy comprises many integrated elements - Media is but one of those segments. Our client are looking for and experienced Media Strategist with strong Sales acumen, to provide expert media placement strategies relevant to building a successful brand.
Area of media specialty - OOH and Alternate Media
Our client are looking for a Media Sales professional who is NOT focused on conventional Print platforms (Magazines and Tabloids)
To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least five years of experience in OOH and Alternative media platforms.
Requirements
- Experience required: A minimum of five years of media sales experience in OOH and Alternative media - NOT magazines or Tabloids
- Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships built on loyalty and delivery
- An extensive client list of advertisers with a budget to drive brand identity
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate current business, competition, and market trends for revenue opportunities
- Effective after-sales service delivery
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for high-level interactions
- Flexibility to travel as needed, with your own reliable transport
