*This position requires motor dealership experience*

A big volume dealership, selling high demand vehicles is looking for an experienced F&I who is able to multitask and think on their feet.
This results-driven position requires a high level of self-motivation and top-class customer service. You will be responsible for used car sales floors, so previous experience in this area is essential.

We need a fully qualified F&I who is able to work without supervision and is up to date with CPD hours.
Sales experience a must as you need to double as a sales Manager

• FICA/FAIS Compliant
• Fully fit and proper
• Must have NQF4 qualifications in the retail or short-term environment
• A valid drivers licence
• Must be fully qualified with up-to-date CPD hours
• Outstanding customer skills and a positive energy

• Reliable and contactable references

Requirements

As a F&I Business Manager and Sales Manager  your main purpose will be to provide excellent customer service to clients and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products in order to maximize gross profit.

Main responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Selling of approved finance and insurance products
• Ensuring final check and all delivery requirements have been adhered to
• Managing relationships between the client and the bank/insurance provider
• Ensuring statutory requirements are met
• Monitoring the progress of the finance and insurances product sales
• Administering the finance and insurance data
• Ensuring customer satisfaction is met
• Managing a small sales team (6-8 sales executives ) will be required
