Are you looking to work for a leading financial institution in South Africa then this role is for you. Currently in search of a Cloud Solutions and Vendor Manager.

As an IT Cloud Solutions and Vendor Manager, you will play a critical role in our organisation’s digital transformation journey. You’ll be responsible for overseeing our cloud solutions, optimising vendor partnerships, and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus
Six+ years of IT experience in the capacity of a vendor manager
Proven experience in cloud solutions architecture, implementation, and management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
Evaluate, select, and implement cloud solutions that align with our business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure
Monitor performance, security, and scalability of cloud services
Develop and maintain successful relationships with our vendor network
Negotiate contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms
Ensure vendors meet performance expectations throughout the relationship
