Vehicle Sales Manager - Johannesburg North, Gauteng
Our client is on the lookout for a driven and motivated Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the team and drive success in the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Manage and lead the Vehicle Sales Department to achieve sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and customer service.
- Customer Focus: Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to a positive Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Operational Excellence: Oversee department operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of success.
- Must have high volume brand experience.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
- Commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
