Job description

Our CRM team manages our client's digital needs, implementation of all digital elements, daily client assessments, and one-on-one interactions with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client’s expectations daily
• Set, monitor, and report on client’s goals
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products and features)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Required

• Experience with client services
• Digital marketing experience
• Experience with CRM software
• Ability to set and prioritise goals
• Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to think on your feet, and ensure a client's every need is managed successfully
• Teamwork is of the utmost importance
• Not afraid to adapt to the changing environment - daily, weekly, monthly
• Well-groomed, presentable, and able to speak to clients, both in person and on the phone
• Matric certificate
• Driver's licence, and own vehicle
