Are you organised, customer-focused, and passionate about the automotive industry?
A prestigious premium brand dealership is looking for a bookings clerk to join their dynamic team!
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule service bookings efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries and confirm appointments.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer details.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on appointments
- Previous experience as a Bookings Clerk in the automotive industry (premium brand experience preferred)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
