This is a unique opportunity to join the dedicated team selling multiple advertising formats, including, but not limited to OOH and DOOH. 
The team culture is positive and vibrant. A strong and close working relationship with the MD and other executives was built and maintained.

Duties

• We are seeking a dynamic media sales executive to join our sales team specialising in OOH advertising solutions to increase revenue by thorough strategy, high-level client relationships, and creating a positive sales culture.
• KPI's sales strategy is developed in alignment with the company strategy and objectives, approved by the managing director
• Annual Sales targets are set and aligned with the annual sales forecast
• The approved strategy is executed within quarterly deadlines.
• Identify new clients and maximise existing client base. High-level relationships need to be cultivated with agencies and direct clients
• Clients and agencies are entertained and positive networks are formed.
• Sales reports and pipelined are prepared, presented and discussed at weekly meetings
• Maintain a presence at networking opportunities such as open days, agency meetings and industry functions
• The sales team accompanied and shadowed during customer meetings as and when required
• The brand is communicated and lived internally and externally

To be considered, applicants must have at least five years of experience in OOH media and the following skills and qualities:

• Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships built on loyalty and delivery
• Have an extensive client list/agency relationships
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate current business, competition, and market trends for revenue opportunities
• Effective after-sales service delivery
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Own transport and licence
