Automatic Transmission Technician - Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Automatic Transmission Technician to join their team in Al Quoz, Dubai.

Our client is a premier 4x4 service center, specializing in comprehensive services ranging from 4x4 rentals and performance upgrades to off-road modifications. They also offer off-road trips and courses, vehicle registration assistance, and a selection of high-quality vehicles for sale.   Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automatic transmissions using specialized tools and equipment.
• Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild transmission systems to factory specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service on automatic transmissions.
• Conduct road tests and troubleshoot vehicle performance issues related to transmissions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on repair status and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in automatic transmission systems.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Automatic Transmission Technician.
• In-depth knowledge of automatic transmission systems and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and specialized transmission repair tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma or certification in automotive technology or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a high-volume service center or dealership is an advantage.
• Knowledge of various makes and models of vehicles is highly desirable.
