Job description

Purpose:

To design marketing collateral for social media, digital and print media as required.

To oversee, quality assure and manage the creative processes across STADIO.

To manage productivity and timelines for all members of this team.



 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Multimedia design of all STADIO collateral

• Design creative assets ABL and website according to a brief by Head: MSR, in line with STADIO CI
• Create document and asset templates and update if necessary (information pack, fee schedules, policies)
• Design print media assets (posters, banners, brochures, billboards)
• Keep up to date with design software and design trends including video, animation, and augmented reality
• Continually reinforce stakeholder use and conformance to STADIO guidelines, art direction and quality
• All video briefs are understood and clarified.
• Production management is quality assured.

Administration and Leadership duties

 

• Managing the design function at STADIO HEI
• Administration and monitoring of the briefing inbox, briefs from Head: MSR and STADIO.
• Establish timelines and deadlines as per workflow
• Allocate the briefs and timelines as relevant.
• Quality assures all design for approval of the Head: MSR
• Manage brief clarity and collaborate with other marketing leaders to ensure CI is met at all times.
• Keep records of all versions of documents and assets

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant qualification and/or experience

Two years plus designing marketing collateral and documents in a corporate environment
