We have built our reputation on personalised and dedicated service over the years. Winfar Surgical specialises in rehabilitation aids for the disabled or infirm and for those recovering from injury or surgery.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated mid-senior sales representative to join our small sales team.

The successful candidate will:

• Have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Possess good IT skills.
• Will be able work independently and as part of a team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Have knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Have strong negotiating, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Be able to travel as required.
• Have knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing techniques.
• Will have knowledge of CRM (customer relationship systems).
• Possess an attention to detail.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
• Follow-up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner.
• Develop creative strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Have proven successful sales track record.
