We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised sales administrator to join our team. The sales administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales managers, as well as managing customer relationships and helping to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales managers, including scheduling meetings, maintaining sales databases, and preparing sales reports
Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Help to drive sales growth by identifying new sales opportunities and following up on leads
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that customer orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner
Track and report on sales metrics and provide regular updates to management
