Production Planner

• Manage all the administration activities for the planning process
• Participate in the production and planning processes, ensuring all relevant departments are aware business/clients planned delivery dates
• Ensure information and accurate production plans are established and executed for all departments
• Liaise with internal sales staff and sales executives to estimate lead time based on delivery requirements and to ensure OTIF

• Experience working for a fast-paced manufacturing business is desirable, and excellent communication skills are essential
• Primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the production manager and supervisory team to ensure the timely completion of production orders
• Proficient in Microsoft, particularly Excel
• A passion for production planning and a positive attitude
• Analytical and creative thinking - the ability to filter relevant information through a clear, informed point of view
• Proactive - a self-starter who isn't waiting to be briefed
