Wings Group is seeking a bookkeeper and sales administrator to support the sales function. The candidate will report directly to the key accounts manager and be responsible for the administration of all sales data, key account partner platforms, filing, and reporting.

Duties:

• Sales manager support.
• Sales data collection.
• Sales data reviewing.
• Sales data reporting – Weekly and monthly.
• Invoice and order checking VS B2B portals data.
• Manage and update all Masterdata from B2B portals.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel to create, manage, and analyse data reports and dashboards.
• Implement and maintain data management best practices to enhance data integrity and accessibility.

Experience:

• Two+ years experience in business administration, sales administration or bookkeeping.

Core competencies required:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build complex reports and use advanced functions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Beneficial experience:

• Experience in FMCG Retail industry.
• Experience working on SAP Business One.
• Working with different B2B portals and managing master data (PnPay/Checkers/Clicks).
