We are seeking a skilled and experienced business analysis manager to lead the design and execution of our business analysis strategy, plans, tools, and techniques. This role involves effectively analysing and translating business IT requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. The successful candidate will manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring they meet business needs, provide value, and manage costs. Additionally, the role includes coordinating and participating in relevant structures to facilitate the execution, integration, and alignment of all components in collaboration with other IT functional areas and the business.

Requirements:

• Degree in information technology, systems engineering, computer science, or a relevant qualification
• Relevant business analysis certification
• Five to seven years of experience in the IT environment
• Three to five years of experience as a business analyst
• Two or more years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of developing and applying concepts, principles, and approaches to create innovative solutions to business requirements
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels
• Proficiency in managing the end-to-end process of project delivery, including business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Knowledge of project management, administration, and delivery principles
• Capability to manage and optimise resource allocation, including personnel, budget, and technology infrastructure, to support project delivery
• Experience in navigating change requests and modifications to live infrastructure
• Ability to provide IT solutions rollout support
