We are looking for a social media manager who can continue to build our brand, build and drive sales leads and build online audiences.
Key responsibilities:
Develop digital marketing strategies and content plans
Research and stay up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies, platforms and tools
Keep accurate records of SLA and retainer time allocations; ensuring that allocations are utilised and not overspent
Set up, implement and oversee editorial guidelines of all digital marketing profiles
Set up, manage, track, optimise and report on digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, taking responsibility for adherence to budgets
Ensure that sales lead campaign KPI's are being met
Prepare and present accurate reports and presentations on organic and paid digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta, Hootsuite, etc.
Oversee all digital marketing promotions, competitions, giveaways, etc. to ensure compliance
Manage the POPIA compliance of all digital marketing databases
Scheduling and engagement of social media content
Email marketing setup, distribution, and reporting on Campaign Monitor
Assist when necessary with website content population and management, working closely with SEO specialist if required
Oversee research and social listening of clients’ industries, competitors, etc.
Requirements
Minimum five years working experience in digital marketing and lead generation
Strong leadership skills
Creative thinker
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional analytical ability
Sound experience and knowledge of Google, and Meta
Sound experience and knowledge of the WordPress dashboard
Sound experience and knowledge of email software such as Campaign Monitor
Previous experience working on Hootsuite or similar tools advantageous
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
