      Social Media Manager

      We are seeking a creative and strategic social media manager to join our digital marketing agency, responsible for leading social media initiatives across a range of client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, influencer management, and data-driven decision-making. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will bring fresh, innovative ideas to help our clients achieve their brand goals across multiple social media platforms.
      Key Responsibilities:
      1. Social Media Strategy 
        • Develop tailored social media strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their brand and business objectives and audience insights.
        • Conduct Competitor research
        • Understand how to identify tactical opportunities for brands across various social media platforms. 
        • Liaise with clients and the account management team to understand clients' goals, present strategies, and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
        • Set and track KPIs, adapting strategies as needed to exceed client expectations and build long-term brand engagement across digital channels.
      2. Content Creation and Production:
        • Oversee and execute content creation for various client accounts, producing high-quality video, image, and text-based posts in collaboration with the designer.
        • Conceptualise and produce engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, tailored to each platform's requirements.
        • Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent, on-brand messaging across all social channels for each client.
      3. Influencer Marketing and Partnerships:
        • Research, identify, and build relationships with influencers who align with client goals, enhancing reach and credibility.
        • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and coordinate influencer-led campaigns that meet client objectives.
        • Track performance and ROI of influencer partnerships, providing clients with insights and feedback on campaign effectiveness.
      4. Community and Reputation Management:
        • Proactively manage online communities for clients, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering positive relationships.
        • Develop strategies to build and nurture client communities, driving engagement and brand loyalty.
        • Use social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and identify opportunities for client engagement and reputation enhancement.
      5. Analytics and Reporting:
        • Analyse social media performance data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
        • Prepare monthly reports detailing key metrics, successes, and optimisation opportunities to highlight value and foster client satisfaction.
        • Utilise data insights to inform and adjust future social media strategies for optimal performance.
      Qualifications and skills:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Mmarketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
      • Three-plus years of social media experience in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts.
      • Demonstrable experience in video content creation, production, and multi-platform social media management.
      • Proven success in influencer marketing, including research, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
      • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
      • Strong understanding of best practices and current trends across major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and creative storytelling.
      • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and content production cycles.
      Preferred qualifications:
      • Familiarity with design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
      • Experience in paid social media advertising and understanding of its role in integrated campaigns.
      • Basic knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media content.
