Who are we?

We’re a dynamic digital agency working with a newly funded B2B technology client that’s ready to make waves in the Northern Hemisphere. We need you to help make it all happen, from website wizardry to social media stardom – and everything in between.

Who’s the client you’ll be managing?

You’ll be the sole manager for a recently funded technology scale-up based in Europe. They’re on a mission to modernise everything from their brand to their digital presence. The goal? To completely transform them into a cutting-edge player and build a demand generation machine that delivers real growth. It’s your job to make sure they not only look great online but also start seeing some serious business impact from it.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the ringmaster of a circus of digital greatness, managing this key client across a whole bunch of fun and impactful projects. This includes:

• Overseeing a brand transformation (make it shiny, make it bold)
• Directing a website redesign (because first impressions matter)
• Crafting email marketing that’ll make inboxes cheer (or at least open your email)
• Steering LinkedIn outreach campaigns like a pro
• Managing social ads that make people stop scrolling
• Messaging and creative that’ll make the client’s audience say, “Wow!”
• And more (yes, there’s always more!)

You’ll be managing:

• The client: Keep them happy, informed, and impressed with your top-notch project management skills as you single-handedly take charge of their digital transformation.
• Our internal team: Guide our creative, design & development, social media, and digital specialists to execute each initiative to perfection.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing digital projects across the full spectrum (paid media, website builds, creative campaigns, the whole shebang).
• You’ve been there, done that, and got the t-shirt for managing clients and project teams.
• You know how to get stuff done, on time, on budget, and with a smile.
• You love digital. Like, you’ll get geeky about it if we ask.
• Experience with paid media, website development, creative work – and probably a few more acronyms than we can list here.
• A sense of humour. Seriously, this is going to be fun!

Experience: 3-5 years of similar digital project management experience, either at an agency or client-side. (You’ve been in the trenches and know how to handle the full digital stack, from paid media to web builds)

Location: Based in Cape Town, so you’re close to the action and can work with our team seamlessly. (One to two days a week in our office)
