Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven field sales agent to join our dynamic sales team. As a field sales agent, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory. If you have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships.Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory, including cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to customers, demonstrating products and services and overcoming objections.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on generating new revenue and growing existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, address concerns, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
