PERSONAL STATEMENT With extensive experience as an OD, Change and HR practitioner, I offer expertise in human resources management, change management as well as project leadership, development and coaching. With more than 20 years of experience within the human resources discipline across the mining platform, commodities and development banking, I am a knowledgeable team player who is able to execute complex activities effectively and efficiently. Recent projects include: 1. Operationalization of HR. /Payroll Shared Services for major construction Company 2. Conducting research in the utilization of foreman platinum mining 3. Developing an HR. strategy and transformation road-map in petrochemical Company 4. Business Analysis for major mining Company (development and mapping of processes, policy and procedures for central services for Group Finance and IT) 5. Mobilization and demobilization of owners team resources for a multi-billion rand construction project in mining 6. Audit and transformation of procurement system for a multi-billion rand construction project (mining) I attained advanced degrees in organization psychology and human capital management, and published extensively, including the SA Journal of Industrial Psychology, People Management, and HR Future. In 1991 I received the ESKOM Top Honours Student Award for Academic Leadership and Excellence.
