After completing the 2010 Internship programme at Statistics South Africa, I began working within the organization on a permanent basis in January 2011. In my position of Stats Admin and Support my work involves assisting in the development of price statistics and carrying out methodological research and analysis on relevant topics within the Research and Methodology component of the CPI division. My aim is to further my studies and obtain a postgraduate qualification within the field of Economics. This should assist me in realizing one of my career objectives of establishing myself within one of compenents of Economics, International Trade being of my greatest interest.
