Kaya FM launches new satellite station
Kaya FM, home of the Afropolitan, broadcast from its new satellite studio at one of Johannesburg's favourite family entertainment destinations, Tsogo Sun's Gold Reef City, for the first time on Thursday evening, February 19.
To celebrate the big occasion Gold Reef and Kaya FM hosted a launch party which was attended by nearly 200 VIP guests at the recently refurbished Back O' the Moon restaurant.
The opening of the satellite studio forms part of the multi-million Rand redevelopment which is currently underway at Gold Reef City that will also see the opening of a Tsogo Sun movie franchise, a twelve lane bowling alley, a medley of six new restaurants and a fast food court at the casino and resort later this year.
