Training on Gender-Based Violence
The purpose of this course is to improve the knowledge and skills on GBV to the staff of international humanitarian and development organisations. The course aims to deepen their understanding and engagement on the responsive programming to fight, prevent and respond gender-based violence.
The phenomenon of gender-based violence is pervasive around the world, experienced by someone in three women in their lifetimes. The elimination of such violence has been increasingly recognised as a priority for the international community.
