Activate Architecture looks back at its past 20 years

Activate Architecture recently celebrated 20 years since it first started operating on 3 January 1998. Some of the firm's highlights over the past 20 years include commissions for the original Moyo at Melrose Arch and the Forum Homini Hotel in the Cradle of Humankind. Other highlights include the Lebone II College for the Royal Bafokeng Community in Rustenburg and the SANRAL Corporate Head Office in Tshwane, which were completed in 2010 and 2012 respectively.

Recent highlights include the Baywest office for Abacus Asset Management in Port Elizabeth, completed in 2016; and the award-winning Sol Plaatje New University Student Residence and Science Centre in Kimberley for the Department of Higher Education and Training, which was completed in 2017.
