Workshop to address work/life balance for women

The question as to whether the work/life balance really exists will be addressed by a panel of experts at the forthcoming Beyond the Dress workshop, which will be held at the Hyatt Regency, Joburg on 20 May 2012.

Today's life sees an overload of stress and challenges, a difficult obstacle course for the modern-day woman. The workshop will explore how women/mothers/wives can live a balanced life with good health, meaningful relationships, fulfilling careers and still have the important "me" time.

The panel of experts for the day will include:

  • Cherie Keating: MD of Dermalogica
  • Debora Patta: 3rd Degree executive producer
  • Sotse Segoneco: CEO of Sonke Pharmaceuticals
  • Nikki Bush: creative parenting expert, speaker and author
  • Andrea du Plessis: nutrition expert
  • Monica Rubombora: senior executive and board director of Accenture SA

The discussion will be facilitated by the publishing editor of Longevity magazine, Gisele Wertheim Aymes.
