The Miriam Tlali Reading and Book Club Celebrates World Book Day

On this UNESCO-declared occasion, international organisations representing the three major sectors of the book industry - publishers, booksellers, libraries and the community at large gather to engage in matters of literature.

To weigh in the world activities, the Miriam Tlali Reading and Book Club will host a discussion entitled "Parents' involvement is the number one predictor of early literacy success and future academic achievement". The dialogue will feature mother and daughter, multiple-award-winning author of 5 books, Victorine Mbong Shu and 12-Year-Old Stacey Fru, a multiple-award-winning author of three books.
