We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Call Centre Operations Team in Sea Point, Cape Town.
�� About the role
You’ll work with call centre and financial data to turn numbers into insights that drive performance, improve customer experience, and support smarter business decisions.
This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in analytics, CRM systems, and operations within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
�� What you’ll do:
Collect, clean, and analyse call centre and financial data.
Track and report on performance, productivity, and trends.
Build dashboards and reports for management.
Identify risks, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
Support ad-hoc reporting and workforce planning.
Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
�� Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) required; diploma/degree in data analytics, finance, statistics, or IT preferred.
1–2 years’ experience as a data/reporting analyst (ideally in financial services or call centre/BPO).
Strong Excel skills and SQL.
Organized, analytical, and able to work independently.
�� Work schedule:
Full-time | on-site in Sea Point, Cape Town
Monday–Friday
Shifts: 10:00–18:00
�� Salary: R16,000 per month
