Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to introduce our employee-wellness solution to South African corporates. This is a part-time, commission-plus-basic role ideal for a self-starter who loves consultative selling and believes in the power of personal development.
Key responsibilities• Identify, prospect, and pitch to HR leaders, wellness managers, and corporate decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of South African corporates seeking innovative employee-wellness solutions.
• Conduct product demos, online presentations, and follow-up meetings.
• Negotiate agreements and close deals in line with monthly targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in employee wellness, HR tech, or SaaS.
• Strong network within South African corporates a plus.
• Confident presenter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Tech-savvy and able to demo digital platforms.
