MMA Unilever mobile marketing event - Loeries

The Mobile Marketing Association of South Africa confirms Marcos Nakagawa, VP Brand Building Foods, Unilever, as the keynote speaker at the MMA Africa Forum. MMA Africa Forum is the only dedicated mobile marketing event to be hosted at Loeries® Creative Week™.

Nakagawa, who has a wealth of experience in Marketing at Unilever, will share in his keynote address how Unilever has successfully integrated mobile into its marketing strategy, delivering measurable results which are helping to make people's lives better. From bringing entertainment to rural India, helping to prevent the spread of diseases in the Middle East and transforming maths literacy in Africa, Unilever has activated multiple mobile strategies across the world which are delivering impressive results.

Hosted by Warren Harding of BizTakeouts, the MMA Africa Forum includes an impressive line up of mobile industry leaders, it will showcase best practice in successful integration of mobile marketing, monetising mobile marketing and ensuring that mobile campaigns are engaging, impactful and measurable. The MMA will for the first time in continetal Africa, be releasing the reults of its proprietary research - SmoX - which answers the questions, what is the optimum share of total ad spend that should be allocated to mobile and what is the effect on meeting mearketing and business goals. Case sudies cover financial services, retail, telecoms and packaged consumer goods.
