Gagasi FM are head over high heels for the 10 000 Men's March

Taken from the "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes" annual event, Youth of Choice Organization in partnership with Msunduzi Municipality, are hosting a Men's March on Thursday, March 21st from the Pietermaritzburg City Hall to the Harry Gwala Stadium at 9am until 12 noon and all the participating men will have to wear high heels during the march which is aimed at raising awareness for women and child abuse.

Gagasi FM appreciates the focus of this initiative and a team of the stations male presenters including Kini Shandu, Collen Zondo and TP will be at the forefront of the march in their size 8 high heel shoes. Weekday Alex and the Morning Crew show co-host Kini Shandu will be at the event in the wee hours to keep listeners up to date with what is taking place on the ground between 6am and 9am. During the course of the march listeners can stay tuned into TeaTime to LunchTime with Zookey between 9am and 12pm to find out if any of our male presenters managed marching in high heels.

Vuyokazi Mhlophe, Gagasi FM Marketing Manager said, "The youth station is focused on supporting initiatives that seek to rally the youth to positively contribute to society." She also highlighted that, "A walk of this nature is really set to get people talking and taking action against women and child abuse. We really hope to see thousands of men (and women) gathered at the Pietermaritzburg City Hall in solidarity."
