Mobile Development Manager - iOS/Android

Mobile development manager sought for top tier FMCG client based in Cape Town. Working with best in class technologies you’ll lead the charge in delivering robust mobile solutions for some of SA’s most reputable retail brands.
You will live and breathe customer applications and lead a team of IOS and Android software developers, building creative software solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is based in Cape Town and is a dynamic, out of the box thinker who enjoys the thrill of working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree i.e. BSc computer science OR similar
- Five+ years’ software development experience
- Experience with mobile technologies and developing customer facing applications
- Expert level skills in: Android; IOS; React native
- Three+ years’ managerial/team-lead level experience (ideally in the mobile development space)
- Managing day to day activities of a team of mobile application developers
- Mobile application design and development
- Lead mobile digital transformation initiatives
- Ownership of mobile application delivery roadmap
- Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in the mobile application development space
