Job description

Swipe iX is looking for an enthusiastic and diligent digital account manager who can assist with the management of a diverse client portfolio to receive functional requirements and represent stakeholder interests within the business. The role is to manage a set of assigned clients; develop relationships with these respective business stakeholders and team members;and to create comprehensive support materials and documentation to aid in project scoping and delivery.

Responsibilities:
  1. Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to client account management including, but not limited to extracting briefs, tracking and reporting on progress as well as maintaining clear and constant communication across various channels.
  2. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs and objectives by keeping tabs on project deliverables within the production studio related to design or development.
  3. Craft well-written briefing and requirements documentation, meeting notes, client emails and any other supporting materials that will aid in production efficiency and understanding.
  4. Assist with emergency requests or issue escalations as needed.
  5. Facilitate some testing and QA checks of newly developed functionality to ensure correctness before deployment and handover.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a digital account or project manager or other relevant experience within a digital development agency, software, production environment.
  • Any experience with project management tools and CRM systems as well as documentation, productivity and communication tools such as Confluence, Jira, Google apps, Slack, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail and balancing their requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with a presentable and professional appearance.
Technical Skills: 
  • A basic understanding of the fundamentals of iterative web and app development processes and operations.  
  • The ability to write basic briefs, meeting notes, reports and project descriptions.
  • A firm working understanding of what makes for good usability and design with a passion for web and mobile platforms.
  • An understanding of digital products, the latest trends in the digital industry.
  • Experience with Google Docs or equivalent.
