Job description

Tradeway Promotions, is looking for a hardworking, dynamic, experienced training manager to join our team and get involved in the recruitment and training of brand ambassadors.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment process nationally with each of our regional offices, ensuring a recruitment plan has been drawn up and is being utilised, bookings made with relevant institutions for open days etc. as well as driving the recruitment of promoters at head office following the above process
  • Ensure that all new promoters attend an induction and are graded at the induction on our PromoForce APP
  • Manage the Tradeway promoter database which entails ensuring that each promoter’s registration is complete, and establishing where we need to improve promoter levels
  • Invite new registered promoters to weekly inductions and ensure we are running these on a regular basis
  • Design training manuals for various campaigns
  • Manage the training calendar/schedule effectively, including planning training resources and training room requirements
  • Travel to various regions when required to do induction and training


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a training manager in the FMCG industry would be advantageous
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, role-play etc)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining flexible during any period of change based on the needs of the business
  • Computer literate
  • Degree or diploma is advantageous
