- Deliver consistent sales results.
- Build customer relationships that support the delivery of the growth of the brand and increased sales.
- Consistent development and updating of the Retail and Wholesale Outlet Universe database.
- Consistent achievement of coverage, sales, achieving monthly budgets.
- In-store execution deliverable's on product range, in-store visibility, merchandising, training, leaflet feature and brand marketing activities are delivered to standard.
- Effective administration through on time reporting and completion of all administration objectives.
- Effective teamwork and self-management through personal quality and productivity standards being met as well as effective time management.
- Sales delivery
- Adherence to company process.
- In-store objectives.
- Proven ability to deliver sales objectives across a diverse customer environment within a pressured environment.
- Personality Traits Required: Influential drive, mindset of continuous improvement, customer service mindset, sense of urgency with a results orientated mindset.
- Previous experience in sales and profit management with a sound understanding of financial metrics.
- Strong communication skills to influence both internally and externally.
- Bilingual - English and Afrikaans.
