We are looking for skilled, sharp social media whizz to work remotely for our global creative and advertising recruiting firm.

The Talent Boom is a global digital and creative recruitment firm HQ’d in Cape Town with offices in Amsterdam, London and Miami.
We work with elite creative, digital and tech talent across the globe and partner with clients such as advertising agencies, dev houses and large corporates with their hiring needs.
We are looking for a social media intern/coordinator to collaborate with our creative agency clients and have fun while doing it!
The work:
You will be
Collaborating with the creative and digital world
Coming up with quirky, fun advertising campaigns for our social media platforms
Vlogging, Blogging and PR
Community management on all our social media including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
Using poster designs such as canva to come up with quirky ads for our social media and linked in
Networking with the creative industry
Researching global events in the creative world and reaching out to award winners via social media
Getting involved with projects for our clients across S.Africa, Europe and America
The ideal person:
Be a graduate in marketing, media, content etc
Have ideally six months of working experience or a previous intern within social media
Be a natural networker with a magnetic personality
Can cope under pressure
Handle multiple amount of work load
Ambitious and passionate about their career
Very good writer
Enjoys the awesome world of creative, digital and tech
Keen to understand the global creative recruitment market.
