Job description

  • We are looking for an A Player who is an expert  in cost-effective client acquisition diversified digital media traffic sources.
  • You are analytical with a high level of attention to detail and passionate about CPAs.
  • You seek out new media buying opportunities to optimise conversion rates in line with the Marketing team’s objectives and results.
  • You are experienced in the art of building strategies to optimise and measure consumer acquisition, cross-sell initiatives, and remarketing strategies to deliver incremental sales, and enable consumer loyalty.
  • You are passionate about buying behaviour and purchasing psychology, coupled with a well-developed ability to design strategies to optimise the media buying team’s ability to meet sales targets.
  • In addition, you are continuously researching alternative platforms and/or ways to increase efficiency in media traffic sources.
  • Your ability to make inferences from data will aid the marketing team to develop and create high quality content and ad-creatives.
  • Finally, your decisions are guided by data, metrics and you value the establishing and monitoring of real-time dashboards to enable superior marketing performance.
  • You will be knowledgeable in the selection and management of the business’ technology partners for the purpose of ensuring that the business is maximising its marketing performance and profitability.


Requirements

Education:
  • Degree in a business related or technical field such as Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business Administration or any related field will be advantageous.
  • Certificate in Google PPC will be advantageous.
  • Certificate in Google Analytics, Google Display and Facebook Blueprint is required.
Experience:
  • At least five years' technical experience with digital media 5+ years of hands-on set-up, management and optimisation of marketing campaigns towards performance-based KPIs within buying platforms.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodology to leverage campaign history and prior knowledge obtained from other marketing and testing efforts.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of CPA and sales conversions and a high sense of urgency and priority to achieve CPA/Conversion goals.
  • Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets.
  • Thorough understanding of partner contracts/IOs including terms/conditions such as out clauses, cancellation policies, campaign dates etc.
  • Excellent relationship building, communication and strong negotiation skills a must.
