About the role

What we are looking for:

  • Computer literate (MS Office) (NB!)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Keen, enthusiastic, hard worker
Duties and responsibilities:
  • General admin support
  • Manage learner support processes
  • Coordinate participant support
  • Coordinate detailed reporting
  • Meet our turn around time commitments
  • Ability to quickly understand and implement new processes
  • Assist the sales and marketing teams in supplying up-to-date  information regarding students and their interest in attending future courses
Experience and qualifications:
  • Matric (essential)
  • Recent Graduate with the relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • One to two years of administration experience
  • Customer service experience
