Job description

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, creative individual with a passion for branded content and storytelling to join our exciting digital team.  The ideal candidate should have proven design capabilities coupled with digital and social media experience and should have the ability to conceptualize, create, curate and syndicate content to increase brand awareness and conversion rates.   

• Develop content for all social media platforms
• Create brand awareness and online reputation
• Regularly update all websites with relevant and related content
• Administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, accurate and verified high-quality content
• Develop new approach for content development and engagement
• Develop a user engagement plan which includes promotional social media campaigns
• Develop a user-interactive program to maintain and track user interaction on all station social media platforms
• Create a regular publishing schedule in line with the station's social media plan
• Expand the reach of content to audiences interacting with the station's various platforms  

Requirements

• Relevant qualification
• Three years+ related experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience in image or video editing software
• Ability to combine design, photography and editing
• The ability to style and direct still photographic and video shoots, and direct video and animation edits
• Social media management skills and experience 
• Tech savvy
• Ability to multitask 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Highly creative 
• Ability to generate original ideas and think creatively on how to communicate and implement them
• Team player
• Pay attention to detail
