- Relevant qualification in Digital Marketing
- Minimum two to three years of experience in Digital Marketing
Skills and competencies
- Adventurous, openminded, proactive, passionate and creative
- Experience with WordPress, Google Ads, SEM., SEO, Adwords, other marketing channels
- Copywriting, video and audio creation
- Analytical mind with focus on improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Technically proficient and curious
- Work at a fast everchanging pace independently and within a team
- Continually learning
- Deadline drive and work under tight time constraints
Duties and responsibilities
- Write, edit and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts, e-books, whitepapers, and more
- Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms
- Work closely with the programming team to produce content that generates results
- Use your editing, content management, and HTML skills to publish and edit content across various digital platforms
- Use your knowledge of SEO and content development to create digital content that helps us get found via search engines, and showcases our company as a leader within the industry
- Become an influencer who makes an impact on the company and within the industry through the production of digital content
- Manage the company's social media accounts and develop marketing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Analyse effectiveness of marketing initiatives through performance metrics and manage budget to maximize ROI.
- Manage work plans and work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to improve site architecture and usability.
- Produce and format videos and photos for e-newsletters, blog, and social media channels (including Facebook and YouTube).
- Work with plugins, widgets, HTML.
- Implement third-party social media plugins via JavaScript tags.
- Maintain social media services/accounts, including YouTube video management.
- Assist in finding workarounds to the technical constraints the Internet frequently offers.
- Write headlines and create SEO keywords expanding the reach of HLN's social and digital content.
- Analyse effectiveness of marketing initiatives through performance metrics and manage budget to maximize ROI.
