Property Administrator

We need an ambitious, responsible, detail orientated and self motivated, with an ability to handle pressure to fill the following vacancy that exists in the property department as a property administrator.

The successful candidate should have the following:

Essential attributes:
  • Matric with maths and accountancy/economics 
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office Excel with working knowledge of MS Outlook and Word
  • General Office administration
  • Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written at all levels)  
  • Work well under pressure – Deadline-driven 
  • Team player
  • Positive and decisive attitude
  • Has initiative and is proactive
Key functions:
  • General Administration 
  • Administer a portfolio of rental and electricity payments 
  • Reconcile accounts and follow-up with landlords/managing /agents)
  • Office administration to include MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) 
  • Meet deadlines - Strong time management
  • Telephone ethics
  • Ability to multitask
  • Accounts processing
Advantageous:
  • Suitable tertiary qualification an advantage  
  • Analytical thinker
  • Creditor’s experience preferably in the retail industry
  • Accounts knowledge
  • MCBA an advantage
